Andrew Richmond, President/CEO, Lead Appraiser & Consultant
AAA CAPP, ISA AM, USPAP-compliant through February 21, 2026
You’ll encounter few folks with as much passion for old stuff as Andrew Richmond. He earned degrees from Kenyon College, one of the oldest colleges west of the Appalachian Mountains, and the prestigious Winterthur Program in American Material Culture, Before becoming a full-time appraiser and consultant, Andrew spent more than a decade in the world of antiques and fine art auctions. During that time, he handled hundreds of thousands of objects, and helped sell everything from million-dollar paintings to Benjamin Franklin’s pocket watch.
Outside the saleroom, Andrew has become a recognized expert in the field, serving as a regular appraiser on WKET TV’s Kentucky Collectibles, and he’s conducted numerous appraisal events around Ohio and beyond. He has lectured widely, including at such venues as Colonial Williamsburg’s Antiques Forum and the Winterthur Museum’s Furniture Forum. Andrew has published numerous articles, and has curated two landmark exhibitions on the decorative arts of his native Ohio. He serves and has served on the boards of several museums and decorative arts organizations.
Andrew lives within a stone's throw of the Ohio River with his wife (and regular writing partner) Hollie Davis (owner of p4A Antiques Research Services), their two children, one dog, and three cats.

6Kirstie Craven, Associate Appraiser & Consultant
USPAP-compliant through February 21, 2026
For as long as she can remember, Kirstie wanted to be a history teacher. However, one art history course put her on a different path, combining her love of history and a newfound appreciation for art. After pursuing a graduate degree in art history and museum studies, she started her career at the Cincinnati Art Museum where she worked in collection management. In 2012 Kirstie began working at Cowan’s Auctions (now Hindman Auctions), cataloging fine and decorative art and eventually managing the department. During her eight years in the auction business, she honed her skills in object cataloging, research, and appraisals, as well as auction production.
Kirstie lives in northern Kentucky, near Cincinnati, with her husband and two children. She enjoys scrapbooking and paper crafting, reading historical fiction, visiting zoos with her children, and attending Broadway musicals.

Following a stint in the United States Navy (where she served as an airplane mechanic), Kristin pursued and received her degree in English from The Ohio State University. In 1999, Kristin joined the staff of Garth's Auctions. There she spent nearly two decades as a specialist, sale manager, and appraiser, and received a thorough education in antiques, art, jewelry, and the antiques business in general.
Kristin is an avid quilter and aspiring author. If she's not at a writer's conference or at her sewing machine, you may well find her riding her Harley on the back roads of Ohio with her husband.

Zachary Dillinger, Associate Appraiser & Consultant
USPAP-compliant through October 11, 20121, Associate, Appraisers Association of America and Candidate, American Society of Appraisers
With a degree in political science and a work history that includes the titles “campaign manager” and “insurance examiner,” one might not expect Zach to be in the appraising business. However, his other work title is “historic furniture maker,” which clearly indicates his love of antiques and art. Zach owns The Eaton County Joinery where he reproduces antique furniture using only hand tools and period techniques, and he also regularly performs restoration and conservation work on period pieces.
Zach’s expertise in American furniture and antique tools has led him to publish articles in a number of magazines, including Early American Life, Popular Woodworking and American Period Furniture. In addition, his first book on period furniture comes out in November 2017. He has also lectured on the topic at the Detroit Institute of Arts and to the Society of American Period Furniture Makers and the Midwest Tool Collectors Association. But lest you think his only area of expertise is furniture, his other areas include fine art, vintage men’s watches, and classic cars.
Zach lives in mid-Michigan with his wife (a librarian) and their beautiful baby girl.

Kim Feinknopf-Dorrian, Associate Appraiser & Consultant
Digging in basements and museum attics, Kim has spent her life preserving, curating and assessing the little-known, and well-known, historic materials of families across America. Starting her career in the warehouses of Christie's, New York, then acting as an object and photograph curator for the Ohio Historical Society for 20 years, she went on to lend her expertise to the California-based online platform Just Answer as the company’s first expert in ‘Antiques.’
Over the years, Kim has also become a valued resource preserving and appraising collections under the auspices of FPS Preservation. Her projects have included working with collections ranging from the African American family of 22nd Governor of Virginia James Pleasants, Jr. (1822-1825), to the family of President Warren G. Harding, to Special Counsel to President Richard Nixon, as well as major 19th-century mining and construction companies. Kim’s interest in the care of the physical object, matched with strong skills in identification, dating and research come with a passion for families and their history.
Kim lives in central Ohio among many large birds of prey and three hunting dogs, along with her two children and husband (who is a Master class falconer).

Maria Shevzov, Associate Appraiser & Consultant
USPAP-compliant through January 13, 2019
Interest in historical clothing and antique automobiles led Maria to design her own major at East Carolina University, and eventually to the Winterthur Program in American Material Culture. She has since worked with Old Salem Museums and Gardens, the Classical Institute of South, The North Carolina Museum of History, and the North Carolina Executive Mansion. Maria has lectured on Southern decorative arts topics throughout North Carolina and Georgia, and at the Smithsonian's Renwick Gallery, Winterthur's Furniture Forum, and the Bard Graduate Center, among others. Her publications focus on southern furniture, decorative arts, and textiles.
Maria has handled and researched objects ranging from those of national importance to the purely sentimental, and has a keen eye for identifying and working with textiles, historical clothing, and furniture.
